Rule 875-5.14 - [Effective 1/15/2025] Notice of hearing

(1)Contents. A notice of hearing includes:

a. The time, place, and nature of the hearing;

b. The legal authority under which the hearing is to be held; and

c. A specification of issues of fact and law.
