Rule 875-5.1 - [Effective until 1/15/2025] Purpose and scope

This chapter contains rules of practice for administrative proceedings to grant variances and other relief under Iowa Code sections 17A.9A, 88.5(3), 88.5(6), and 88.5(7). These rules shall be construed to secure a prompt and just conclusion of proceedings.
