Rule 875-1.57 - Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by Iowa Code section 17A.9, after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the labor commissioner or designee shall take action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section 17A.9.

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order is as defined in rule 875-1.66 (17A).
