Rule 875-62.8 - Hazardous materials

The owner shall store and handle liquid petroleum gases and flammable liquids utilized either as fuel for internal combustion engines, for heat or for illumination in accordance with 29 CFR, Chapter XVII, Part 1910 subpart H-Hazardous Materials (Paragraphs 1910.106-Flammable and Combustible Liquids and I9I0.II0-Storage and Handling of Liquified Petroleum Gases as published at 39 Federal Register 23608 (June 27, 1974). Bulk storage (quantities above 50 gallons) shall not be permitted in any area accessible to the public.
