Rule 781-3.4 - Methods of securing uninsured public deposits in savings and loans

Uninsured public deposits in a savings and loan shall be secured by either a letter of credit (Form 655-0198) or by the pledge of eligible collateral to the public unit pursuant to the requirements of this chapter
