Rule 761-180.6 - Submission of competitive quotation by governmental entity

The governmental entity may itself file a competitive quotation to perform the work. The governmental entity's quotation shall be filed in the same manner as it requires quotations to be filed by contractors except as provided in subrule 180.7(3).
