Rule 721-40.6 - Revised nonprofit corporation Act fees

The following are the fees for Iowa Code section 504.113.

(1) The secretary shall collect the following fee when the documents described below are delivered to the secretary's office for filing.

Articles of incorporation

Application for use of indistinguishable name

Application for reserved name

Notice of transfer of reserved name

Application for registered name

$2 per month or part thereof

Application for renewal of registered name

Corporation's statement of change of registered agent

or registered office or both

(2) The secretary of state shall collect a fee of $5 each time process is served on the secretary under this chapter.
(3) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation:
a. $1 per page for copying.
b. $5 per page for the certificate.
