Rule 661-95.11 - Disposition of weapons other than firearms and explosives

Any law enforcement agency in the possession of a forfeited weapon other than a firearm, ammunition, or explosives may contact the division of criminal investigation criminalistics laboratory for instructions regarding the disposition of the forfeited weapons.
