Rule 661-91.9 - Offensive weapons as collector's items-method of classification

An offensive weapon, other than a machine gun, shall be classified by the commissioner as a collector's item when the firearm is so defined as a curio or relic in 27 CFR 478.11 as published April 1, 2010, in the Code of Federal Regulations.
