Rule 661-372.7 - Right of inspection

The commissioner or any designee of the commissioner shall have the authority to inspect manufactured or mobile homes, business records, manufacturer's certificates of origin, certificates of title or other evidence of ownership of each manufactured or mobile home offered for sale.
