Rule 655-9.6 - Service and filing of petitions and other papers

(2) In lieu of the words "(specify office and address)", insert "Iowa Board of Nursing, River Point Business Park, 400 S.W. Eighth Street, Suite B, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-4685".

In lieu of the words "(agency name)", insert "board of nursing".

(3) In lieu of the words "(uniform rule on contested cases X.12(17A))", insert "655 IAC 20.17(17A)".
