Rule 655-3.8 - Verification

Upon written request from the licensee or another jurisdiction and payment of the verification fee as specified in rule 655-3.1 (17A, 147, 152, 152E, 272C), the board shall provide a certified statement to another jurisdiction or entity that the license of a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or advanced registered nurse practitioner is active, inactive or encumbered/disciplined in Iowa.
