Rule 655-1.4 - Submission of requests, obtaining information, and board office

Members of the general public may obtain information or submit requests or complaints relative to the licensure of nursing, practice of nursing, nursing education, continuing education, or any other matters relating to the function and authority of this board. Correspondence should be submitted to the executive director at the board office. The board office is located at: River Point Business Park, 400 S.W. Eighth Street, Suite B, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-4685.
