Rule 653-25.30 - Appeal of license denial

An applicant may appeal a preliminary notice of denial of license by filing a written notice of appeal and request for hearing with the board within 30 days of the date that the preliminary notice of denial of license was mailed by the board. The hearing shall be a contested case and shall be conducted in accordance with this chapter.
