Rule 641-157.6 - Confidentiality

Programs will abide by the federal regulations, "Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records," 42 CFR, Part 2; Iowa Code section 125.37; HIPAA; and other relevant provisions of federal and state law.
