Rule 61-9.63 - [Effective 12/18/2024] Financial statement supplied

Within 45 days of the termination, the grantee shall supply the section with a financial statement detailing all costs incurred up to the effective date of the termination. The section's determination of costs and amounts to be paid shall be final.
