Rule 61-9.52 - [Effective until 12/18/2024] Program description

Any eligible local or statewide government or private nonprofit agency or a combination thereof may apply for and receive a grant through the program. The program shall operate as a competitive and focus grants program and be administered by the department. A contractual agreement specifying the terms of the grant award shall be executed between the department and the approved applicant.
