Rule 61-9.3 - [Effective 12/18/2024] Expenses

(1) Board members shall be reimbursed from the crime victim compensation fund for expenses actually and necessarily incurred in the discharge of their duties including attendance at board meetings, board committee meetings, and other activities on behalf of the board as designated by the board chair and approved by the department. Reimbursement for expenses shall conform with guidelines established by the department of revenue.

(2) A member of the board may receive, in addition to actual expense reimbursement, a per diem that conforms with guidelines established by the department of revenue.

(3) Expenses of the board and individual members shall be submitted to the chief.
