Rule 591-16.22 - Appeals

Appeals within the board from a decision granting or denying a waiver shall be in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 17A and board rules. These appeals shall be taken within ten days of the issuance of the ruling granting or denying the waiver request unless a different time is provided by rule or statute.
