Each holder of a falconer's permit shall submit an annual report to the department of natural resources by July 31 of each year. This report shall list all raptors in possession on the preceding thirtieth day of June and any raptor held during the year by species, sex (if known), age (if known), date acquired and where or from whom acquired, and whether the raptor escaped, died, was recaptured, or was released during this time period and the date on which the event occurred.
