Projects proposing to acquire land for recreational boating/canoeing access are eligible to apply for water access funding. Costs for a department-approved appraisal report and the cost of surveys necessary to determine acreage and establish boundaries are also eligible for assistance on those projects approved for funding. Additional eligibility guidance or requirements may be provided during the application process described in 571-30.8 (452A).
