Rule 571-17.15 - [Effective until 6/5/2024] Lease revocation

A lease may be revoked upon determination that operation of the facility is in violation of a condition of the lease. Revocation proceedings shall be in compliance with Iowa Code chapter 17A and 571-Chapter 7.
