Rule 571-1.4 - Quorum and voting requirements
(1)Quorum. Two-thirds of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum.
(2)Voting. The concurrence of a majority of the commission members is required to determine any matter before the commission for action, except for a vote to go into closed session, which requires the concurrence of two-thirds of the members of the commission.
