Rule 567-83.5 - Procedures for certification of new laboratories or changes in certification

Laboratories that wish to become certified to conduct testing for an analyte or a method after the deadline for initial certification has passed, and any laboratory seeking initial certification, shall follow the procedures specified in 567-836. (455B) for laboratory recertification. For changes in certification, the relevant fee must accompany the application where appropriate.
