Rule 567-82.14 - Revocation of certificates

Upon revocation of a certificate in accordance with the authority provided in Iowa Code section 455B190A., application for certification may be allowed after two years from the date of revocation. Any such applicant must pass an examination and be certified in the same manner as other applicants. The department may require the applicant to take and pass a written and oral examination in order to become recertified. The department will decide which fees in rule 82.7(455B) will apply.
