Rule 567-81.4 - Water treatment plant grades
(1)Classifications. The water treatment plant classifications are listed in the following table:

(2)Average daily pumpage. When the average daily pumpage is unknown, the plant grade will be determined from the population of the most recent census and an evaluation of commercial, industrial, and other users.
