Rule 567-67.2 - Exclusions

This chapter does not establish requirements for the land application of the following solid wastes.

(1) Sludge generated at an industrial facility, not including sludge generated from separately treated domestic sewage at an industrial facility.

(2) Hazardous sewage sludge-sewage sludge determined to be hazardous in accordance with 40 CFR Part 261 .

(3) Sewage sludge with a PCB concentration of 50 mg/kg or higher.

(4) Incinerator ash.

(5) Grit and screenings.

(6) Drinking water treatment sludge.
