Rule 567-66.1 - Aquatic pesticide
(1)Prohibited discharges. Pesticides shall not be applied to any water of the United States (as defined in 40 CFR Part 122.2) except as provided in 66.1(2) and 567-Chapter 64.
(2)Allowable applications. Pesticides may be applied to any water of the United States (as defined in 40 CFR Part 122.2) in accordance with 567-Chapter 64 and NPDES General Permit No. 7, "Pesticide General Permit (PGP) for Point Source Discharges to Waters of the United States From the Application of Pesticides."
(3)Requirements to obtain a permit to apply an aquatic pesticide. Rescinded IAB 2/9/11, effective 3/30/11.
