Rule 543-5.6 - Scheduling and notice of hearings

(1) Dates for hearings shall be set by the appeal board. When a date is set, notice shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the first ten names on the petition and to the appropriate officials of the local government.

(2) This notice shall be mailed at least five days prior to the hearing.
