Rule 531-19.13 - Board approval of game

After selection of a particular pull-tab game, the lottery shall provide board members with written notification that a particular game has been selected. The chairperson of the board or a quorum of the board may call a meeting to review the game selection. If the lottery board does not disapprove of the game within five working days following receipt of notice that the game has been selected, the board may not later disapprove of the game.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 990.9(3) and 990.21.
