Rule 495-19.8 - Action on petition

(1) Within 30 days after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the CEO or CEO's designee shall take action on the petition pursuant to Iowa Code section 17A.9(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order shall be the date of mailing of a decision or order, or the date of delivery if service is by other means, unless another date is specified in the order.
