Rule 486-4.64 - Reporter's fees

Reporter's fees shall be borne by the party or intervenor requesting a court reporter, unless the employment appeal board provides for a court reporter. Transcript costs shall be borne by the person requesting a transcript.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 88 and section 10A.601.
