Rule 486-4.2 - Scope of rules-applicability of Iowa rules of civil procedure

(1) These rules shall govern all proceedings before the employment appeal board.

(2) In the absence of a specific provision, procedures shall be in accordance with the Iowa rules of civil procedure.
