Rule 486-4.109 - Penalties

(1) All penalties assessed by the employment appeal board are civil.

(2) The employment appeal board has no jurisdiction under Iowa Code sections 88.14(5), 88.14(6), 88.14(7) and 88.14(8) and will conduct no proceeding thereunder
