Time shall be computed as provided in Iowa Code subsection 4.1(34). For good cause, the administrative law judge may extend or shorten the time to take any action, except as provided otherwise by rule or law.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 10A.801(7) and 17A.22.
