Rule 441-77.40 - Lead inspection agencies

The Iowa department of public health and agencies certified by the Iowa department of public health pursuant to 641-subrule 70.5(5) are eligible to participate in the Medicaid program as providers of lead inspection services. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 249A.4.
