Rule 441-62.26 - Appeal

Notice of adverse action taken by DHS shall be issued in accordance with 441-Chapter 16, and the right to appeal shall be given in accordance with 441-Chapter 7.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 17A.
