Rule 441-5.11 - [Effective until 7/3/2024] Copies of orders

A copy of all orders issued in response to a petition for a declaratory order shall be mailed promptly to the original petitioner and all intervenors. An email response may be sent to the petitioner and other parties upon agreement of the petitioner and each party as applicable.
