If any geographic area of the state is not, or ceases to be, served by a community action agency, and the governor decides to serve such area, the DCAA will adhere to the requirements in Section 676A of the CSBG Act, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services statutory guidance, and other federal and state laws to solicit applications from qualified organizations.
