Rule 371-2.2 - Definitions

For the purpose of these rules, the following definitions shall apply:"Board" as used in rules of the fair board means "Iowa state fair board.""Fairgrounds" as used in rules of the fair board means "Iowa state fairgrounds.""Secretary " as used in rules of the fair board means the secretary/manager of the Iowa state fair board or persons employed or designated by the board to perform any function or duty of the secretary.
