Rule 351-4.23 - Amendment-statements, disclosure reports and notices

A committee may amend a previously filed statement of organization, disclosure report or notice of dissolution. To amend a previously filed statement, report or notice, the committee shall file an amended document on the approved form and shall designate on the form in the space provided, if applicable, that the document being filed is an amendment to a previously filed statement, report or notice. The term "amended document" as used in this rule shall mean a document on forms issued by the board which includes only the information which is being added, deleted or changed from a previously filed statement of organization or notice of dissolution.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68A.402.
