Rule 351-12.9 - Contents of declaratory order

In addition to the order itself, a declaratory order must contain the date of issuance, the name of petitioner and all intervenors, the specific statutes, rules, policies, decisions, or orders involved, the particular facts upon which it is based, and the reasons for its conclusion.
