Rule 351-12.6 - Board consideration

Upon request by petitioner in the petition for a declaratory order, the board shall schedule a brief and informal meeting between the petitioner, all intervenors, and the board's executive director or legal counsel to discuss the petition. The board may solicit comments from any person on the questions presented in the petition. Any person may submit comments to the board on the questions raised in the petition.
