Rule 265-18.3 - [Effective 1/15/2025] Criteria for waiver

In response to a petition filed pursuant to this chapter, the authority may grant a waiver if the authority finds, based on clear and convincing evidence, all of the factors listed in Iowa Code section 17A.9A(2).
