Rule 223-1.8 - Public and private grants and donations

The department, acting on behalf of the society, may apply for and receive funds from public and private sources. Receipts from these grants shall be credited to the account of the society and used in accordance with the stipulation of the grants contract. In accordance with Iowa Code section 303.7(4), the society may enter into an agreement with a nonprofit corporation to accept public and private grants and donations.
