Rule 21-64.98 - Violation of certificate

Failure on the part of the owners to Cornply with the letter or spirit of these methods and rules shall be considered sufficient cause for immediate cancellation of the cooperative agreement with them by the state and federal officials.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 165.12.
