Rule 21-62.6 - Registration fees

(1)Iowa-foaled horses. For an Iowa-foaled horse to be eligible to race in Iowa, a $30 registration fee shall be imposed at the time of registration of each stallion, mare or foal registered.

(2)Iowa-whelped dogs. The following fees shall be imposed at the time of registration:

a. Registration of a dam, $25.

b. Registration of a litter, $10.

c. Registration of a dog, $5.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 99D.22.
