An inmate, parolee, or work releasee may appeal any action of the board staff or board that affects that person except a decision to schedule a hearing or a work release transfer hearing decision, any commutation-related action, an appeal decision, the decision to conduct an appearance by electronic means, or the revocation of parole which shall be appealed according to the procedure indicated in rule 205-11.8 (908).
