Rule 199-7.5 - [Effective 1/15/2025] Time requirements(1) Time is computed as provided in Iowa Code section 4.1(34).(2) In response to a request or on its own motion, for good cause, the commission or presiding officer may extend or shorten the time to take any action, except as precluded by statute.Iowa Admin.
