Rule 193F-8.13 - [Effective until 5/22/2024] Disciplinary contested case procedures

Unless in conflict with a provision of board rules in this chapter, all of the procedures set forth in 193F-Chapter 20 shall apply to disciplinary contested cases initiated by the board.
